It's good quality and in a perfect size. So far I used it only ones but it's great. I warmed it in a hot water before using and it helped me to smooth the buttercream. The only thing was that, when heated, it was a little bit too hot to handle that properly.

I’ve used many scrapers as a baker but can honestly say the Lissie Lou ones are my favourite! Smooth sharp cakes every time, can’t recommend enough!

Style 0 metal scraper

I have loved using my new Lissie Lou style 0 scraper it works beautifully with ganache and buttercream. I’ve had problems with my old scrapers when doing buttercream but with my lissie Lou I’ve had great results 😁
