Fresh White Truffles - 1/2 oz

So disappointing. We used the truffle the same day it arrived as both a cold accompaniment and lightly cooked. The flavor was not robust, mild at best and slightly tinny. Not at all what we expected or hoped for.

I always love the truffles from here but this was not the best, overly mild and almost bland. Could be luck of the draw but an expensive dud.
