I pre-ordered these j-hooks as soon as they became available, and im very happy with them. They are fantastic for heavy bench pressing and a perfect addition for the Verve Buffalo barbell

Best accessory in my opinion

It's the little things. When you're fatigued and the weights are heavy, being able to slide the bar to centre between sets instead of doing the old lift-and-shift is worth every dollar. 5/5 would recommend.
