Double Plated Name Necklace

Customer service was horrible, and the jewelry looked cheaply made. I’ve ordered from this company before, and the pieces I received were beautiful. I even referred others who also made purchases. Unfortunately, this recent order was not the same experience. I will not be ordering from this company again.
