This is by far the best coffee i have ever purchased. It is very easy to work with and is very forgiving. A 1kg bag lasts me 3-4 weeks and it is very consistant in flavour and allows for variables in weather, shot yeild/speed can vary and it still just as good as long as it brews my goal weight within 25-33 seconds.
I am extremely fussy and usually tip all shots that arent between 28-31 seconds and have wasted so much in the past but this coffee being as forgiving as it is tastes almost identical as long as i dont brew any faster than 25 seconds. I will never buy another brand again as this is literally the best there is and im so freaking glad i found it. Saves me so much stress and money and is so smooth. Even a month after roast date its still perfect
