Mounting bracket is made of quality stainless steel I did my own hack on the bracket so I won't have to reroute the transducer wires on the install of the bracket I'm sure that I voided the warning but it made the install much easier RY Tek help on the install and the mounting hardware transducer works great out on the water Thank You RY Tek
