LITS Project Casper not so peachy keen.

Project Casper is an average hot sauce...decent fruity flavour with mild heat. Probably good added to pasta sauce to add a bit of flair.

Delicious but not as hot as it should be

So recently My friends and family did a "Hot Ones' style challenge, and after some research and back and forth of comparing hot sauces with known scovilles to their "heat levels" I decided to use this one as my heat level 7. To be honest, Valentina Xtra hot is hotter, Tobasco original is probably just about as hot. While this sauce is delicious and all of us loved it, it is totally classed wrong for it's heat level. For being a heat level 7 I was disappointed. It is a heat level 5 (on the chillychiles site) at best. Probably a strong heat level 4
