I am very chemically sensitive thus reactive to many substances. Even between supposedly the exact same supplement from various manufactures I may react to one but not the other. Green Dragon herbs are consistent. I never had a reaction to the herb itself. I may at times experience a slight Herxheimer. However, taking the Knotweed and Cat's Claw together at higher doses and maintenance doses for over 2 years I never reacted to either one. I found Timothy Scott after very thorough research to determine the direction I wanted to take in my treatment for Lyme. After reading at least 5 books by the most prominent doctors treating Lyme, I was most impressed with the incredible thoroughness of Stephen Harrod Buhner. After help from one Lyme specialist in verifying that I indeed had Lyme through testing, I still found most practitioners prescribe complex mixes and an unnecessary abundance of even herbs. Some herbs prescribed by other practitioners were the wrong form of the herb. Thankfully, through reading Buhner's website material I saw a referral to Green Dragon. Since taking the Cat's Claw and Knotweed as my only two herbs my body has progressed from years of not being able to hike far or long without pulling connective tissue and tendons, then needing to recover before trying to hike again. I am now hiking steep trails in the Wasatch Mountains for 2 hours or more. Being able to hike in clean air in turn enables me to heal further, become stronger both in mind, soul and body. I am thrilled. In the face of some of my doctors denying that I had Lyme, and others that believed I had lyme but I did not agree with that they prescribed, when I finally started the Green Dragon herbs my connective tissue started to heal I started to hike higher without pulling tendons!
