The best if you want traditional espresso

The Alentejo is one of the best coffees I’ve tried for anyone who loves a traditional-style espresso. What immediately stands out is the lack of noticeable acidity. There’s none of the sharp, sour, or overly fruity character that you often find in lighter modern espresso roasts. Instead, Alentejo delivers a deep, rich, and wonderfully nutty flavor with a smooth, rounded body. It has that comforting, classic coffee profile that works beautifully as a straight espresso or Americano. The flavor is full without being harsh, and there’s very little bitterness when dialed in properly. What I appreciate most is just how easy this coffee is to drink. Shot after shot, it remains smooth, balanced, and satisfying without becoming tiring. If you enjoy traditional espresso and prefer deep, nutty flavors with minimal brightness, Alentejo is an excellent choice. Lovers of classic espresso will be very well pleased.

This was my first time trying Canyon Coffee which I paid for with my own money (no promo, no ad, nothing) and I didn't know what to expect. It was smooth and rich and so good. I make drip coffee most mornings and highly recommend this blend. 10/10
