My kids, ranging from 15 to 6 all love to come play! So glad we purchased the membership play pass!

Review Title

Got a pass as a gift, was told that It would be delivered but they DO NOT SHIP PASSES UNLESS YOU SPECIFICALLY CALL AND ASK. Thankfully the associate I spoke to on the phone explained that once they ship the pass, thats when it activates, so instead they keep it in hoise and once you make your first visit, thats when your pass activates. This information should be more clearly explained on the website to avoid confusion.
