The chair itself is a good chair for the price. It is a little flimsy and you need to be careful about not tipping the chair back otherwise the leg might break. The biggest issue is that one chair came damaged I took a picture and send it in immediately I was responded to a little over a week later saying a new one would be sent out to me I chased the customer service person for months when I was finally told that the chair is no longer in stock and they gave me back my money. How do I wanted 19 chairs I would have ordered 19 terrorism. I ordered 20 chairs and because of lack of follow-up on the part of customer service and the warehouse to follow through on it I have 19 chairs and one broken one and an extra $15 in my pocket
