Name spelled incorrectly

My son’s name is spelled wrong in my necklace. I got the Haley Hope necklace. I just got my necklace today. I had Bailey and Bennett put in it. You all spelled my son’s name with only one t. My order was correct. I emailed just now and included a picture and order confirmation email. I am hoping for a rush to be put on a new necklace for me. I am so disappointed. I have been eyeing this necklace for some time and had made arrangements to have someone at my home today to sign for the package. So unexpected for the price I paid.
