Excellent customer service - you can communicate with them and they actually listen to you! The hula hoop is spectacular and is sent in a box disguised as a pizza box to maintain the gift surprise. Excellent company - I highly recommend buying your hula hoops from them whether it be for casual or professional use.

Great hoop, but….

The quality of the hoop is wonderful, but customer service and shipping leaves a bit to be desired. I paid for expedited shipping. When I first reached out about longer than expected delivery time, someone did return my message with an unsatisfactory explanation that 2-3 day delivery really meant 3-4 days. When my item really took a week and a half to be delivered, I reached out again, and crickets… no response.
