The Balance tea came nicely packaged with instructions and details about your company and the special paper that is hand made from Nepal. The ingredients in the tea are unlike the commercial Chai teas that I am accustomed to. The flavors are incredibly aromatic. I would suggest using 1 to 2 teaspoons since it is quite concentrated. The great part about that is- it will last much longer than you think. Thank you Backpack Buddha!
