i took about 17 weeks to get after i ordered but worth the wait , i had to get 220volt hooked up after i got it , i did my first firing yesterday on 4- A2 steel knifes works great . it arrived with no problems at all. it was very simple to program . if there is any problem at all it is the touch screen , it seems hard to push , alot of the time i have to push it 4 and 5 times to get the screen to accept it , maybe after more use it will become easier , but it is a great product , it does not get hot on the outside up to about 1200 degrees at about 1900 degrees it gets a little warm and that it . i love it , it a game changer for me . thank you very much it was a pleasure to work with you guys , everthing you said happenened as said .
