I would give it a 5 because its a nice chain, but the design of the clasp causes it to rotate two different ways which causes the chain to rotate on your neck so the diamonds don’t even show. I sent two emails to customer support to see if this was an actual design or manufacturer error but I still don’t have an answer. To fix the clasp clipping on two different directions I bought a clasp from Amazon i clipped to the chain. I used it to keep the clap facing the same way, so the chain sits correct while you’re wearing it.
