It tastes good but is a bit dense

Mama Mel’s bread is the best gluten free bread ever!!! It’s taste and texture are superb. I love their sourdough bread so much for sandwiches and toast. It tastes best when lightly toasted, in fact it is recommended by Mama Mel’s to toast it prior to using. I live in Windsor, so being able to pick up my order at the Farmers Market in Santa Rosa is very convenient. A wonderful company. So glad they are moving to a bigger facility and will continue to make their delicious gf breads etc.
