I purchased the medium size door accessory to hold my hand guns when I got it I realize that it was too big I contacted safe and vault, and it was not gonna be an easy transaction to swap out the medium for the large I didn’t really feel like the company was willing to work with me. I didn’t wanna argue but I feel to keep more customers happy you would be willing to make transactions like this less painful I went ahead and modified the straps on the large one and cut the door cover to fit. I’ve had to modify my door cover to make it work because the small door cover only comes with three handgun sleeves. The medium comes with six might wanna look into just selling the covers and the handgun, the sleeve separate overall the product serves a purpose and it seems durable not enough to last for a long time. Just wish the customer service was a little more customer friendly.

Works well

Ordering online was easy, but I had issues with the delivery. Tracking indicated an in route issue of some kind. Parts were missing and badly damaged. After contacting the Safe @ Vault Store, they quickly took care of the issue without any hassle. I received the door organizer undamaged on the second attempt and it fits well. Unlike most other door organizers, this one is customizable to your needs. It's a great value for the money in my opinion.
