Dame's Rocket Flowers, 1000 Flower Seeds Per Packet

Well, only time will tell. First off, it really didn't seem like there were 1000 seeds in the packet. But I'm not going to sit there and count these teeny, tiny, micro seeds, so I'll just have to believe the advertising. In late spring, I weed-eated all the way down to the dirt in a small area. Then I waited until the day before a rain (as the package said to do) and scattered a bunch of the seeds. None of them came up. I will now wait until very early spring and do it again. I love these flowers. They naturalize along the roadway here, so I know they should grow. I may also scatter a few in the fall (mimicking the natural distribution), and hope those germinate.
