I have received my products. I was notified that the products had been dispatched within 90 minutes of me placing my order, on the other side of the world. That's pretty impressive to start with, and gave an early indication of what to expect. I ordered a number of products on this occasion and it must be stated that the online videos provided by Vanasche for ALL of the products are impressive. Even without the video, installation was easy and straight forward, but having watched the video, my knowledge was expanded thanks to the comprehensive and relevant tuition provided. No sharp edges or poor workmanship. I can highly recommend dealing with Vanasche for customer service and quality.
