Fantastic Customer Service!

When installing these I torqued one of the screws a little too tightly and it completely cracked/broke the plate. I contacted Woodcraft customer service and they apologized and immediately sent me a replacement. The second time around I applied a little less pressure and they securely fastened and look awesome on my Aprilia RS 660.
