I would have rated this purchase much higher; unfortunately, of the 15 dozen AAA balls I ordered, about 32 of them were somewhat yellowing in color, harder, heavier, and contained some deep scratches. I went onto their site and found the contact seller section, notifified them of this issue, along with a request to possibly exchange, obtain a refund, or if they would, to please send me an additional 32 in the condition the other 148 were in. I waited 4 days, but bever heard back. I then got their support email address and sent the same message and request. It been about 10 business days since I sent the original and followup request, and I have still not received any response at all. Not even a response letting me know they received either of my requests through their site or email address. Again, I am very happy with the 148 balls that came in what could be considered AAA condition, but not the 32 that were not even close. If their customer support staff were to have even responded and tried to help me out with this issue, I would have certainly rated them 5 stars.
