After initially having install issues (user error) and nearly giving up because I struggle with technology, I reached out to the team and they had my issues sorted immediately! They have the BEST customer service. Patient, understanding and kind. Once I got the gorgeous wings overlays installed I was off and creating. It actually is pretty easy to use. I’ve brought 3 collections so far and just about to buy number 4. My issue now is which one to choose because they are all so gorgeous!! I highly recommend becoming part of the Pretty Preset family and joining in on all the fun! For beginners you can make advanced changes really easily and for the more advanced you will save huge amounts of time in your daily workflow. My only warning is caution the collections become addictive 🤣💕
