Good bag that could be great!
I love the bag, and the space inside, but I do wish that the zipper pocket inside was a lot larger and the opening to that pocket was larger. It was a tight squeeze for a small wallet and too shallow for a phone. I'd also like to have a different type of shoulder strap/handle. One that is a lot wider and possibly not leather. When the bag is filled, it did start to cut into my shoulder/neck. I did like the suitcase sleeve because it really helped when I used it as a carry on for Hawaii. Those would be my only complaints...bigger zipper openings for the inside pocket and zip pockets to store a little more , not thin leather straps because it does not do well as a shoulder strap when the bag is carrying a laptop and accessories.

Bad stitching
I was expecting better quality for the price. I wouldn’t spend $30 on this if I had seen it in person. The stitching on the pockets in the inside is all bunched up and curvy, the pockets aren't even pocket shaped. I couldn't fit anything in the water bottle holder even unzipped. And the metal parts of the bag are cheap and the key holder clip feels seconds from falling apart. I don’t want to go through the process of return because I needed a bag and it would be great besides this but I won’t buy here again...
