No glue

Everything was wonderful but when I set up I noticed I didn’t have the most important part which was the glue.. and there was no email or information given to me that the glue was out of stock tell I reached out. Then I was told I would have to wait a week for the glue to come. That was upsetting but everything I was given was wonderful the tools and lashes

I enjoyed these products. I give it five stars. The lashes where soft and easy tray use. The eye patches worked well and were not painful to take off. The tweezers were perfect for the application techniques. The sizes were ok maybe a little to long but looked amazing on. The only negative I could even try to say would be the stone didn't keep the glue from drying out very long (small thing). But over all I think that all products were professional and made well

Excellent Customer Service

I had ordered two kits and only one had come in. I called and there was a live person, his name was Greg. He explained what had happened and made a promise that I would receive my package the next day. I had called Greg several times right after the initial conversation and he answered every question every time without frustration. My package arrived the next day. I have not had a chance to use the new kit I ordered but the customer service was outstanding. Greg was a great help!
