Wooden Stitch Ripper

A thing of beauty!

This is a thing of beauty as well as useful. I bought it as a gift for my daughter who's a professional costume maker at English National Opera. She is delighted with it. It is so well made. It felt expensive until it arrived and I saw how it is constructed and the cork cover.a class apart from ordinary unpickers. Great service too as always.

These are super sharp and I do like them (with a strategically placed protective pin) for opening button holes. The idea to have spare blades for the wooden handle is excellent as they do lose their edge with use.

Very well made.

Excellent quality from Japan, how they do it at the price is beyond me. You'll not find a better seam ripper/stitch unpicker anywhere.
