Hole in pants after first wash

I have ordered from here a few years ago and LOVED these pyjamas because they are so stretchy and last so long. I recently ordered for my daughter’s first birthday and after one wash there is already a hole in the pants. It seems the stitching has come undone. I have never had this issue with any other pair I have ordered, which have been washed multiple times over the last few years. Please let me know what can be done. Thanks!

Super cute and soft!

Have had it for a few weeks, absolutely love the design we chose and think it is super cute! It’s lightweight but still cozy and warm, plus it’s really soft! Glad we decided to get a custom personalized blanket for our sons 1st birthday, worth every penny.
