F3 Q Source Book

Q Source is a great book for both PAX and non-F3 members. I especially love that this book is supposed to be read and discussed with others with the built in Socratic questions. Dave 'DREDD' Redding provides a valuable frame work of interacting with the world and its most important components as you learn to be a leader in your family, organizations and workplaces. The idea behind the Get Right, Live Right, Lead Right and Leave Right (G3L) are excellent and help you think through topics such as your relationship with your spouse and children, the appropriate way to leave a leadership position when it is time to move on and how to lead others through love. And most importantly, that there is no plateau, you will continue to Get and Live Right as you Lead and Leave right your whole life. It doesn't get easier, but you get better and wiser at navigating these situations. I will keep coming back to this for years to come. Trey 'BunkBed' Hope

Wanted to learn what F3 taught

I wanted to learn what F3 taught considering it had intrigued me but I didn’t have any groups within 50 minute drives from me and with my work schedule couldn’t make it at their meeting times. So I wanted to learn and see with the consideration of maybe someday I could help formalize a group near me if it was of interest. I’m quite impressed with the Q Source and the lessons it teaches. The focuses are invaluable to men and leaders and the inclusion of faith is great for my beliefs of men leading too. I’ve been inspired further and hope to keep developing myself and groups.
