Product was never delivered. Tracking marked as delivered by carrier but carrier cannot be identified. No picture of package on doorstep as proof of delivery. Horrible follow up procedure as only Australian addresses show up in tracking the package. Carrier in the US was never identified. Cannot file for missing package because of address issue. This will not allow you to complete the process. Terrible business experience!!!
