Unfortunately, it did not completely remove from backing
I have plenty of experience with these type of top-film decal transfers. I'm unsure if this one I received [white vinyl] was old stock, but half the letters did not release from the backing. despite numerous attempts to re adhere the top clear film to grip the letters, and other attempts to coax the letters off with an X-acto scalpel, I ended up ruining the letters and alignment and ended up discarding my 6 dollar decal.

Quality Decal
Everything you want in a decal: it said what was expected, it was sticky on one side, and it held fast to the surface it was applied. What more could a person ask for?
Like others have mentioned, it would be even better if it was a little bigger. That said, it was the dimensions described.
