Bella Series-Laced

I bought a pair of green and grey Bella series gloves in 16 oz I was very excited about these gloves I've wanted them for about 3 years but they are disappointing. I've noticed my gloves have a big thumb issue. The thumb especially on the right hand leaves the very tip of your thumb right near the actual punch surface so it will definitely jam your thumb and possibly break it. There is padding on the outside of the thumb but on the inside there is no padding. I gave it 2 stars because I believe it's just these gloves I emailed and asked for an exchange for the same model glove but a different pair and so far they only offered to do a return that I would have to pay for. The only explanation they gave me after showing pictures was that they are hand made and every glove varies. I am disappointed more in the customer service for not allowing me to exchange gloves when there is clearly a difference in thumb compared to other gloves of the same model.

I would like to like them, but something inside the knuckle or the punching area feels weird. I don’t know why but it ripped off skin off my knuckle, even though when I was using wraps
