Balloon garland

My order arrived boxed with absolutely everything I needed. The instructions were easy to follow, Different balloon sizes all individually bagged for easy access. The only small issue was that 2 of the metallic balloons had a small hole in them otherwise The DYI balloon garland product is nothing but A grade. Thanks pop up party.
