SUGAR FREE PISTACHIO ASSORTMENT BAKLAVA

Old baklava was sent to me!! Very disappointed

Very very disappointed with palm sweets! I live in Chicago and ordered 2 trays of Sugar free baklava for my party and both trays contained old, gooey baklava! I emailed them to let them know about it but they refused to admit so i ended up with trashing both trays because they didn't provid me with any resolution. very poor customer service to be honest! I'm sure there must have been a management change because this is not the 1st time I and my family have ordered from them and we've always loved their baklava ..but this time was completely off!! So sad

First time purchase

Product is good. Syrup leaked a bit but nothing major. However, flavor and taste are amazing. Thinking of a commercial account. We will visit the location to speak with admin.
