Minelab Pro 15”

Big Blue! After test panning with a friend who was using the Minelab Pro 15” and I was using a Garret Super Sluice, ( which has been very reliable), I realize my old eyes can see the very small specks of gold much easier with the blue pan. I have used it one time at the river since it arrived, it works well. My speck count is higher cause I can see all the little ones. The pan takes getting used to as it i’ll the large riffle area is smaller that I like, small riffles have not yet used, and I am used to the rim hole being opposite the middle of the large riffle area which I did not realize until after a few pans. Overall this is a good pan for gold prospecting.

Once seasoned it works great. The color helps pick out the gold a little better.
