Arrived Broken

This is my second KOOKOO EarlyBird. I love this alarm clock! My first one broke due to a cat caused fall. I ordered a replacement. The replacement arrived but the alarm hand is disconnected from its wheel and just hangs loose without being able to set an alarm time. Fixing my old clock was an easier solution than returning the new one. I hope to fix my new clock when I have the gumption. The issue is most likely no fault of KOOKOO and probably happened during shipping.

Very cute alarm clock

Alarm clock works well and the sounds of the birds or the gong is much better than the average alarm to wake up to. I am glad that I found this clock
