Diode Dynamics Map Light LEDs for 2015-2021 Ford Mustang (pair)

Not quite the simple mod suggested.

Firstly this is a relatively expensive product for what it is, however i thought worth it to update the look of my 2020 convertible. The advert and you tube videos may it look very simple. Unfortunately it isn't quite as simple as you would be led to believe. The plastic dome surround is exceptionally tight, as tight as any car I've worked on, you need to get the cover off as the bulbs do not push onto the socket easily. The cover is so tight the taughtnes of the retaining clips is lost, also compounded by easily marked plastic that marks through a microfibre cloth and having used plastic trim removal tools. Long story short bulbs are in, however the cover is marked and it does not fit back in, sitting lower and wobbling. I wouldnt recommend this on a 40k car, not worth the cost to fix it, and perhaps a bit more honesty on the video would be appreciated and avoid me making this purchase. Damn should really have checked the forums where this issue was raised.

White LEDs

Brightened up the interior. I also prefer the white tone compared to the stock yellowish.

Much better

Changed the horrid incandescent map bulbs with these beauties. Easy to swap over and much better aesthetically and practically.
