Thickness Quality Issue

Being tall with longer than normal legs, I like the fit because they truly do get up over the calf which helps hold them up. But...there is a quality problem with these socks. I had bought this second batch in hopes that some design or manufacturing change had been introduced by now but I see that it hasn't The amount of interior fleece (or whatever it is) is not thick enough...after wearing / washing / drying them just 3-4 times it compresses down to such a thin nothing in the heel and ball of the foot area that it's unacceptable. Unless I hear from you that the thickness quality level has been improved I'll definitely look for a different better quality brand for my next set.

I've been wearing Fox River socks for over 20 years for snow skiing. All of their socks are excellent quality, fit, and feel. Another positive feature is that all the socks last a long time. Outstanding company with very good customer service!
