Herbal Tonic Toner

Cooling, refreshing feel to the skin, doesn't have a sting or burn. Gently soothing natural smell.

This is my favorite toner. I am now on my third or fourth bottle. I keep going back for refills. I prefer this over the toners at Sephora.
