We owned the necklace for 2 days and this is how the necklace held up. I think it was worn for a total of 6 hours. I emailed asking for an exchange and was directed to the refunds and exchange page. There’s multiple shipping costs and no or limited exchanges/ refunds on sale items to my understanding. I wish I would have read the return policy before purchasing but i didn’t think i would have needed it 2 days after it arrived to us. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing from this company again.
