I purchased this product a few months ago and reviewed the buying experience as flawless. Now that I've had time to use it, I can say that it definitely accomplished what I was hoping for. It sucked up the bumps, minimizing the jarring to my lower back, without acting like a pogo-stick. (Which I was worried about). Customer spring rates help this product work well. The only issue I had was with regards to the "pre-load" key which you can buy separately to adjust preload. The threads and shaft were shorter than one that comes as oem which makes it difficult to simply screw in without having someone sit on the seat while you switch them out. Definitely not a 1 person job. I don't use it and it's 20 bucks I wasted but hey... otherwise, very happy with all. Good company and great product.

Excellent little gadget to adjust my suspension post without any tools. Highly recommend if purchasing a Kinekt system.
