Awesome customer service and great quality

Before placing the order I wanted to consult with the seller about the product and it’s color. Sandy replied right away, and even though the price went up already she kept the lower price for me. It was a preorder, so it took some time for the product to be back in stock (Covid times), but Sandy kept me posted all the way and when it finally came back in stock I received the items right away. I ordered the Lorena canals pouffe in a natural color and a storage basket and I love it, very good quality. I recommend ordering from this website and I would definitely shop there again.
