They never delivered and ignoring my messages

Be careful when ordering from this company! My order was never delivered, even though I received a notification saying it had been delivered. I contacted the company immediately and asked them to send a replacement overnight because I had clients scheduled and had completely run out of glue. Instead of helping, they ignored my emails and text messages for over a week. The only time I got a response was after I contacted my bank to dispute the charge. Later, I placed another order, but they canceled it without any explanation. Their customer service is extremely rude, and they show no concern for their customers. If you’ve ever run out of an essential product while waiting for a shipment that never arrives, you know how stressful and frustrating that is. Being ignored when you’re asking for help only makes the situation worse. Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from this company.

This is my favorite glue, and I’ve been using it for over 5 years. I like to try new glues, but I always come back to it. It has low fumes, great retention, and is very comfortable to work with. Really great glue!
