This was some of the bet pre-packaged country ham I have ever had. The meat was very high quality, the cuts expertly done. I boiled slices for 5 minutes to remove most of the saltiness and the end result was a delightful bite on my homemade biscuits. I saved the salt water for red eye gravy for breakfast! A delightful taste of yesteryear.
