Not only do I love the candle I bought from Serendipity along with 5 others! The smells were so delicious. What I ALSO love is how Serendipity follows up with me with information about first burn techniques, etc. Love, love, love your follow up. Here are the only issues: 1. I was almost not allowed in the store because I have a mask exemption. 6 candles and 120+ dollars later, you have a customer for life but I am not going to drive all the way to Barrie or Collingwood if I risk not being allowed in the store. I would give a higher rating if this issue not occurred. 2. The candle I was actually wanting to purchase was not in Barrie. Please tell customers on your website which fragrances are at which store.
