Still haven't received

Good afternoon. This is the second survey I've received and still no product? I ordered a new (2) sided hood vent and yet the aforementioned vinyl decal. The producted was ordered over a month ago and still have not received. I'd actually like to get an idea when it will arrive. I've been told the past (2) weeks it's been shipped??? Your help is appreciated.
