I have tried quite a few different fluoride free toothpastes in my time and these ones are my favourite. the ones with mint are much more akin to "normal" toothpastes and you really don't need to add a huge amount on the brush but the mint free ones (in my opinion) require at least an extra dap of paste while brushing
