Very Uncomfortable
The seat cushion on these chairs is hard as a rock. VERY uncomfortable. I do NOT recommend buying these unless they are for looks only. I wanted to return them but was told I couldn't. There are 3 different spots on the website that ALL say furniture returns are hassle-free, easy, with a 15% restocking fee as long as it isn't custom or made-to-order which this chair is neither of those. But then there is tiny writing on a different page that says ALL furniture is not returnable. The inconsistency in their policy is confusing and very disappointing. Customer support is an AI agent which isn't helpful. I've been a big fan of McGee & Co until now and I will not purchase furniture from them again.
