My first thermos arrived without the filter inside and when I contacted the company, they were very responsive and sent me a replacement.

It's the Bomb!

The removable infuser is the best part! I've used it as designed and as a quick easy pour over for coffee. I suspend the infuser over my mug with a skewer pour hot water over it and it's better than what comes out of my coffee pods.
