I love collar spider and this instructional filled in a lot of gaps in my knowledge. The instructional included really great options on how to guard pull to the position, all the well known and lesser known sweeps and submissions from the positon depending on your opponents positioning and lots of details on each.

Dom Bell is one of the most exiting and innovative Gi athletes today IMHO. If you follow him on IG you’ll see how experienced and methodical he is when he breaks down techniques and this instructional is no different. Clear concise and straight to the point.
