Avoid Any Dealings With Wine Cellar HQ

After much back and forth with management, this company has to be the worst I or my staff has dealt with. The product failed to deliver as promised, even after considerable re-construction of placement environment. They sold a product that they were unfamiliar with and then blamed me the customer for the error. Tried in good faith to resolve issues, but the best they would do is offer an “Upsale” in hopes of remedying the wrong. If that weren’t bad enough, a return will cost me a 25% restock fee and the responsibility for return shipping costs ($655 for a 65 pound cooling unit). That puts me $1,700 out of pocket just to return the unit. Other products I’ve ordered have arrived weeks late and were of poor quality, with no mounting hardware. Wine Cellar HQ are middlemen. You’re best off finding and dealing with manufacturers directly.

Our previous WhisperKool 3700 was on life support, fortunately the 4000 SC dimensions were a match and it was an easy swap out. The only challenge I have is the water drain but it hasn't been a problem to date!
